Student Success Statement 6/07/2017

"You will go far with CTR."

I believe this statement is saying that the only way to move forward is to choose the right. In other words it means that you should make the right choices. If you make the right choices you will become the best person there is to be. For example if you decide to smoke and do drugs then you are choosing the wrong. Thus you are making the wrong choices. This is bad because then you will lose many opportunities and you could lose everything. You could lose the guidance you used to have. You could also lose the people you hold close. If you decided to make the right choices like staying in school and going to college, getting a job and making sure you don't get involved with the wrong people then you are heading towards the right path. Another thing about choosing the right is that you have a better life and you feel amazing inside after committing a CTR choice. In truth CTR is one of the best things that you could bring into your life.

Class Evaluation

    Somethings that I really liked about this class was that I got to learn how to program a computer. I also liked using code. It really showed me how to be a little more tech genius and this helped me a lot at home. I also liked that I could put my former knowledge from my previous computer classes to work again. Another thing that I liked about this class was that it came naturally to me so it wasn't to difficult to work in. I also like how the work environment is calm and it helps me concentrate more on the task at hand then when it is noisy. I also like that we have student success statements and that I can reflect off of them. I also like how student success statements reflect on our everyday life.

       Some things I didn't like were how we had projects that required internet and that had to be done at home. I didn't like this because I don't have internet at home and it was very difficult to complete the assignments. Another thing that I didn't like about this class was when I was first learning how to embed a project into my electronic portfolio. I couldn't figure it out and neither could more than half of the class. The other problem was that the clicking sound of the keyboards from the other students sometimes made me feel uncomfortable but I got over it very quickly.

      Some recommendations for improving this class that I would give would be that it requires more class activity. In my old middle school we had a way to combine everyone to one computer so we could have a class interaction and I think that is what this class needs. I also recommend sitting the people who disrupt the class in the front so that they can pay more attention. Another thing I would recommend is that this class should start computer programing earlier than it did this year. I really liked that we started but I'm disappointed that I won't be able to finish everything as I planned until I go somewhere with internet connection. Those are my recommendations for making this class better.

      A highlight for me in this class was the electronic portfolio because I created one for this class and I created one for my own benefit. When we learned how to make the electronic portfolios I thought it was so cool that I went back and made another one but this one was for me to be able to express my feeling through poetry and pictures. Thanks to this class I was also able to create a website for some projects in other classes. Another highlight for me in this classroom were the coding projects because I got the hang of it really fast. I was able to pass many of the lessons and I am currently on lesson 13 part 5. Another highlight in this class was the goals journal because it helped keep me one step ahead of what I was used to. It helped me stay on track and keep moving forward. These were my highlights in this class.

      I did really like this class because I love using the computer and learning new things about it. I liked this class because it also helped me remember what I learned in my previous computer classes. Sometimes I didn't like this class because of the homework that was required to do on the internet and I had no access but other than that this class was really fun for me. Another thing that helped me enjoy this class was code because it helped understand technology much better then I did before. Another thing that showed me that I really did like this class was that I could reflect off of all the student success statements easily. I like how this class not only used technology but mathematics and english. Which are some of my favorite topics. With this I really did enjoy my time in this class.

     I am reading my life planning goals journal everyday for at least five minutes because it helps me reflect off my day. It also helps me because I have a unique way of writing my goals in my journal. Instead of writing my goals with a simple sentence I would usually write my goals in quotes, poems or drawings. I know it sounds weird but that is the way I express myself and I found it would be nice to be able to write my goals with what I love to do most. I read my journal because it also helps me look forward to a day where I could reach a goal and move forward thus creating another one. This is why I read my life planning goals journal.

      I am committed to being a CTR person 24/7 because I want to show people the outcome of being a CTR person. Also with my experience of being a CTR person I have felt enlightened inside. Being a CTR person makes me feel really good and that is why I want to be committed to becoming a CTR person 24/7. Another reason I want to be a CTR person is because I have siblings who don't always behave and I want to show them what the right thing to do is. I want to show them what CTR really means and I want them to enjoy it as much as I do. I also am committed to becoming a CTR person because I want to make a difference in people. By being a CTR person I can show people that they can do the same and that they should do the same because it is the right thing to do. Being a CTR person has opened my world to a whole new opportunity which is why I am serious about being a CTR person 24/7.

Student Success Statement 6/05/2017

"The Ultimate Choice is to be a CTR person-to Always Choose The Right 24/7."

I believe this quote is saying that biggest challenge you will face while growing up is to be able to make the right choices. Making the right choices is a challenge because sometimes you have to choose between people or between things that you want or what you need. I also believe this quote is telling the reader that they need to make the right choices every minute of every day. For example let us say that you are walking down the street and you were carrying groceries. You see a homeless person and you feel really bad. Someone passes and looks at you staring at the homeless. They tell you to not bother because then you end up losing what you worked hard for. You don't listened to them and you walk over to the homeless and give them some food that you bought. When you do you see that they were hungry and that the food you gave them made them happy. Seeing this, it makes you happy too. You chose the right and you also chose to show the beauty of your character. This act leads to many more and soon you help others when you can because it is the right thing to do. Always make the right choice. That the is the ultimate challenge and I dare you to accept it.

Music

Music

I chose the topic music because it is a part if my everyday life. I don't know what I would do without music because it has brought me up me up when I fell down and no one was there to help me. Music is one of the best things that has ever came into my life. Music is something that I can't live without and I have been making part of me. I also chose music because I have many musical talents that I discovered once I let music enter my life. I discovered that I can dance, sing, and even play instruments and all of this requires music. I also found out that music runs through my veins because my family is mostly made up of people who are talented in the arts. I chose to write about music because I find myself in every song I learn and every song I write. I create my own music and rhythms. I made music a part of my life the instant I decided to do more than stay on the side lines. I chose music because I felt inside that this was something that I would thrive in. Music is what has made me happy and what has made my parents proud of me. My parents also supported me when I decided that I wanted to join the musical arts. They bought me my first instrument and they paid my expenses when I wanted to join band. They helped in every step of the way that has lead to today. Thanks to them I am proud of myself for what I have achieved in the musical arts. All the best memories are made with music. I will continue to stay in the musical arts as long as I possibly can and hopefully pass it on to my younger siblings.

Chinese Proverb

I believe that this proverb is trying to say that you can only feel peaceful with the world when you and everyone else have shown real beauty in your characters. If you have shown beauty in your character you have shown that you are a trustworthy person and that you are kind to others. With this kindness and trust then you have shown peace to everyone around you. If you were to show all the wrong thing such as hate and making the wrong choice then you have shown that you have no beauty in your character. Character is a part of you and it shows who you are. If you are kind and honest then people are most likely to come to you in their darkest moments because you give them hope. In their minds you are a beautiful character. But if you are hateful to others and you are rude then no one will come to you or even want to be with you. In their mind you have no beauty and your mind you feel guilty for making them feel this way. The only way to have peace with yourself and others you must have good character.

Duties and Responsibilities: Yoga therapist use yoga to help people with a range of health issues. Some of these issues are asthma, diabetes, back pain or high blood pressure. A yoga therapist will also help people that have emotional issues. These emotional issues include, stress, anxiety, depression, etc. Yoga therapist tailor their patient in their specific need. Every patient has a specific system to follow due to the reason they are seeing a yoga therapist. The yoga therapist has these systems with the aim of helping ease the symptoms and preventing further health problems. Yoga therapist start therapy with consultation. They take note of their client's physical condition, medical history and related lifestyle factors. Then they move on to showing easy techniques to more complex ones. They teach their clients breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and visual exercises. They also give their clients advice on how to maintain good health, inner peace and relaxation.

Salary: A yoga therapist gets paid $40,970 yearly.

Education: Therapist training program, interactive yoga therapy training certificate, high school diploma.

Demand for this Profession: There is said to be an 8% increase throughout the years 2014-2024.

Reflection: Would you like to be one? Why? Why not?

   I would not like to be a yoga therapist because I have never really been interested in yoga. My thoughts on this specific profession is that it requires little schooling and I want to go to school longer than this profession should.
