   What I believe Mr. William Penn is saying is that even though you might be the only person doing the right you are still right although you are alone. If everyone is against a decision you make because you believe it is the right choice and they began to do something that could get them in trouble then you made the right decision. Imagine if you were at a party and everyone started drinking even though they were supposed to drive and you decided not to follow them. They start going against you. What do you do? NOTHING!! Why? Because you made the choice to stay away from drinking and driving thus getting yourself out of danger. If people around you start smoking in school and you say know and tell them that it's wrong. They will most likely start laughing. Even though they made the wrong decision they are still for it and by doing this they are decreasing their chances of a longer life and an education. Don't let others influence you with their different point of views. Everyone was raised differently and you must show them how you were raised. Wise and respectful. Remember you what is right even though others are against it and what is wrong even though others are for it.

  What Mr. Krzyzewski is saying that having a good reputation is better than anything else you can achieve in life. If you do something horrible like you smoke then when people hear your name they can refer to you as a smoker . If you have good grades and you decide to stay away from any tobacco products people will think good of you when they hear your name. Your name is a key that holds your identity. If you decide to make your identity fall apart then so does your name. When you make the correct decision that decision is heard when people speak of you or when they say your name. You earn a good name by doing great things. Don't go the wrong direction and make the wrong choices. Your name reflects off of who you are choosing to be. Don't go around and say you are perfect because the truth is always let out by your name. Your name gets to places before you do. So remember your name is a key that holds who you are. Only you can unlock it by showing the right or wrong side of yourself.

I would love to work in another country because it presents greater opportunities and a variety of experience.  Another reason I would love to work in another country is because I would like to travel across the world in search of wondrous views and places.

         What this statement means is that your name shows who you are therefore you image is hidden in your name. If you do something wrong you may forget but others can figure it out by hearing your name and where you came from. My name is Jasmine, since I started school you can consider me a spirited and caring person. I also got very good grades. This information was found in my name for each school I went to. I attended many different schools because I moved out of one state to another but my name stayed the same and nothing behind it changed. Many of my teachers liked me because I would pay attention and do my work for their class. This is what was put in my name. If I were to do something wrong the teachers would input where my name is and it would follow me everywhere. Remember your names goes everywhere before you do so make the right choices and give yourself a good name.

Duties and Responsibilities:   Provide education programs for individuals and communities so that they can create healthy lifestyle choices. They also include developing programs so people of all ages can be encouraged to make healthy decisions in their life.  Health educators usually focus on children so they can get the lesson and start their influences at a young age. They also focus are people with certain diseases such as heart disease or diabetes. Health educators help prepare educational trainings for adults and community members who decided they want to make better and healthier lifestyle choices not only for themselves but for their community. They also assess the needs of the people they serve.  Lastly another thing they do is evaluate the effectiveness of public health education programs and materials.

Average Salary: $43,840 a year and $21.08 an hour.

I would like to be a Health Educator because I like learning and teaching about health. I also have good communication skills and would be able to talk to different age groups with a professional or childish way. ( Depending on who I’m talking to)

Duties and Responsibilities: Healthcare Administrators help make sure that hospitals and doctor offices are secure and clean places so that they can continue on working with their patients. The places they coordinate activities range from doctor’s offices to hospital departments and also to healthcare corporations. For these places to achieve the activities the healthcare administrators give them a strategy and goals that they create so that they can achieve success in the activity. There are different worries for the healthcare administrators so they make sure they know the budgets, scheduling, information marketing, etc. The administrators also make sure that hospitals, healthcare corporations and doctor’s offices comply with the rules and regulations and that they represent  their areas of responsibility at board meetings and/or public hearings.

Average Salary: Ranges from $103,700 - $110,800

Education: Business administration and Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration

 I would not like to be a healthcare administrator because this medical field does not interest me as much as the cardiologist. I don’t want to become a healthcare administrator because I have a hard time making up strategies for people to follow. This is why I would not like to become a healthcare administrator.

I think that Mr. Monson is trying to tell you to make the right decisions eve if no one takes your side. If you stand alone it makes you a figure for people to follow because you made the right choice. Let us say you are at a party and your friends start drinking. They tell you to take a drink but you refuse to because you have to drive back home. They tell that it's not a big deal because it's only a little sip but you still say no. With this said you made the correct decision therefore you saved your life from getting in danger. Now if you would have said yes and you took that drink think about the consequences. You could have gotten a DUI, you could have had your license suspended or worse you could have been in an accident. Even if your friends tell you to try always think about the pros and cons before you give them your final response. In the end if you made the right choice your actions will prove it. Everything matters so choose the correct path even if you're the only one choosing it.

Duties and Responsibilities:    Songwriters often compose music and write lyrics to follow the music they made. Songwriters must work for long periods of time and is a very busy profession. Often they have to meet up with artist who they think would like to sing the music they create. They also have to meet  up with agents and record studio executives so that their music can be marketed. In order to keep writing music they must have a keen sense of what the latest taste in music is especially for different group ages. Also to write their music they must listen to other songs that are probably some of the latest hits and make an appealing song to please their customers. Songwriters who are able to go on tour are also able to sing their own music and collaborate with other songwriters and singers. They must

• Practice playing and performing music
• Generate new song ideas.
• Transcribe music into printed notation
• Record, mix and master songs
• Market music to agents, record studios and artists

I would love to be a songwriter because I have written many songs before. To me music is what I feel, what I see and what I breath everyday. Music is my heart and soul and that is why I would love to become a songwriter because I put my feelings into the music I create.

I believe that Noemi is trying to tell us that a CTR person is one of the greatest champions of all because it happens through the making of your decisions. When a CTR person becomes a champion it is because they have made the correct choices and they choosing the correct path. After you make a choice think it over. Did you do the right thing or not? If you did you just made yourself a CTR champion. If not you choose the wrong therefore you are not a CTR champion A CTr champion could also be someone who has shown great leadership in their life and reached success because of their decisions. Remember everything counts even if its a small little move. Become a CTR champion and never forget to choose the right.

Environmental Health Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:     Environmental Health Specialists have a look around their community and find any environmental problems and take steps to solve it. There are some health specialist who work for the government and monitor local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations. They must inspect restaurants to make sure they are properly clean and are not infested. They also have to check plants and factories for pollution and industrial waste. Very often they have to check schools, nursing homes and day care centers for substances that can be harmful such as radon or lead paint. Specialist that work for the government also have to monitor how hospitals take care of their biological waste and make sure that public spaces are safe for the community to use.  They issue permits and certificates that state that the residence, business and/or recreational center is able to meet the minimum of the health and safety standards.

Average Salary: $41,880-$70,210 is the average salary for an Environmental Health Specialist.

Education:  Have good communication skills, Bachelor’s Degree, have experience, willingness to work when called.

Demand or Need for this Profession: This profession is projected to grow 11% from 2014-2024.

         What Mr. Hansen is trying to say is that in order to make a goal you have to have a goal. When you set a goal it's like planning together your life one step at a time. Each goal is a part of your life that you want to complete. For example my goal is to attend UCLA and gain a scholarship in music. In order to get my goal I have to set it in place. When you have a goal you have to work to achieve it otherwise it will not get accomplished. When you accomplish a goal it makes you feel great because you have completed one of the many building blocks in your life. Also when you complete a goal you make another goal maybe even bigger and it might require a lot of work. When you set your goal you should your best to complete it one way or another but make sure you complete in a friendly and good manner to where no one gets hurt emotionally or physically. All your goals affect you even in the smallest ways so make sure every goal you make counts and makes you a better person. Remember don't forget to make a goal it will help you sooner or later.

Columbus day is  the day that most people in the America’s celebrate the arrival of Christopher Columbus when his ship landed here on his voyage to discover new land.Many places around the world celebrate Columbus day but may have different names for this event. In the United States Columbus day is also known as “Dia de la Rasa” (Day of the Race). In many countries located in Latin America it is known as “Dia de la Hispanidad” ( Hispanicity Day). In Spain it is known as “Fiesta Nacional” where La Virgen de Pilar festivity is also taking place. In Puerto Rico Columbus day is celebrated on the same day as Puerto Rico Friendship Day.

Columbus Day has been taking place on the second Monday of October every year since 1970.  In the United States Columbus day first became a holiday in the state of Colorado in the year of 1906. In 1937 Columbus Day became a federal holiday in the United States of America. Columbia is the only country in the world name that originated from Christopher Columbus. Columbus day is not only celebrated in Latin America but all around the world by countries who please to celebrate it. I think Columbus day is a great thing to celebrate because a great man has found land that some of us now call our home.

        What Mr. East means is that if you finally learn obedience it will no longer bother you. Obedience is an obstacle you must complete in order to have a successful life. If you are not obedient you will end up making big mistakes in your future life. Pretend you got a project such as your IDP, your group leader told you that there were only three weeks left to finish. You decided to leave the IDP for the last week. You never finished the project because you didn't have enough time. This mistake happened because you were not obedient and you didn't listen to your group leader. If you would have done your project the moment they told you that it was due in three weeks you would have finished and not caused you team to fail. Also you would have showed them that you are obedient. Obedience is a building block helping you pass through your days with ease. Make seem that way. Don't make obedience an obstacle.

Duties and Responsibilities:    Speech-Language pathologist help treat, prevent and diagnose communication, swallowing disorders in their patients.  They help their patients with their fluency and their disorders on speaking or writing. They help their patients with their language because it might have been caused due to a former stroke, head injury or also hearing loss.  They work with children of all ages. They are also known as the speech or language therapists. In order to diagnose what is happening to their patient they must be able to communicate with their patient in many ways, using words or even pictures to be able to understand. They must communicate correctly in order to conclude with the correct treatment course.

Salary: $69,508- $82,426 but the salary varies on their factors.
