When Chris Paul was in high school he received a basketball full scholarship to attend to Wake Forest. It was November 14th when he signed the paper and his biggest fan was there right beside him when he did. And once done his biggest fan aka his grandfather gave him his Wake Forest hat. But then the tragedy happened. On November 15th when Chris was at a school football game he received news that his grandfather was found murdered outside of his house. Chris didn’t want to believe it until he saw it. He was so heartbroken at his grandfather’s death he felt that he had to do something to honor him. And so he did. At the next basketball game he told himself that he was going to score a basket for every year that his grandfather lived. And so he succeeded in making 61 points and not only did he bring honor to his grandfather but he also led his team to victory. But none of that mattered to him the only thing that mattered was that he did what he promised and dedicated his 61 points to his grandfather, his best friend and his biggest fan Wesley Jones.
