"I won't cheat."
-Dale Murphy
I believe that this quote is trying to say that you can't get around in life if you cheat because then the guilt builds up and you can't take it anymore. If you cheat, you can't really say you did any good because that wasn't really you who did the work or played the sport, it was someone who was using advancing performance drugs or copying off someone test. You can't expect to be showered in luxuries if you spend you whole life cheating. For example if you were running the 100 meter dash in the Olympics and you were representing the United States and you won, but you used steroids to enhance your running and leg muscles. Not only did you cheat but you broke the rules of the Olympics and you also put your nation to shame for your foolish mistake. You can't cheat and expect to get away with it. Even if they never found out that you were using steroids, eventually the quilt will be building up inside of you and you would come to confess what you did wrong and suffer the consequences. Cheating is a burden in which your life will be burned into miserable tiny pieces for every time that you cheat. You don't only cheat in athletics though. There is also a problem in cheating on work. If you and your classmate are taking a test and you decide to cheat because you don't know the answer to one of the main questions then not only are you going to get yourself in trouble you are also going to get your friend in trouble. Because of this you are both called to the principles office to clear things up. You end up telling the truth because you don't like that your friend got in trouble because of you silly mistake of forgetting to study. Cheating is wrong and it doesn't only affect one person it affects the people you cheat off as well. Never cheat and nothing could go wrong because you know you worked hard for what you earned.
