To volunteer:

2. 3 hour general orientation
3. 2 hour patient care orientation
4. Personal interview with Volunteer Coordinator
5. Health clearance
6. Purchase of volunteer uniform

Volunteers:

Must be at least 15 years of age

18 years to work with patients

In good physical and mental health

Can communicate well in English( 2nd language is a plus)

Willing to volunteer a 3-4 hour shift for 8 consecutive weeks as a patient/family escort

• Must be committed
• Agreement to volunteer 100 hours
• Proof of Tb, MMR, Varicela
