By saying that "True wealth is of the heart" Pathros is saying that true wealth is what comes from inside. Pathros means that true wealth is most likely how you treat others. Also by how you earn a better reputation by doing the right thing. By saying "Not of the purse." Pathros means that wealth doesnt always mean having money. He means that true wealth is depending on how hard you work to achieve your goals. How hard you work to become the best you can be. Imagine that there was a very wealthy person. They had lots of money but never achieved the big success they were searching for. If you are able to accomplish this success you feel very good about yourself which is giving you true wealth. True wealth cleanses your body because you know you did the right thing without cutting corners. Now if you were the other person and you knew that you messed up so many times and the only reason you are where you are is because of money, you don't feel as proud as everyone else who worked countless hours to become the best they can be. Remember every tiny detail counts.
