                I believe that what Mr. Bednar is trying to say is that if you're obedient you will be a much more happier person, then you are when you're disobedient. What he says is in order to remain happy and to become happy you need to be obedient other wise your life will take a big turn around the clock. Obedience is like a trick, some people are good at it others not so much. You can't be obedient without learning how to. If you were a disobedient person and you did many wrong things but they placed you in a leadership class, how would you feel?  I would feel out of place. If I was put in leadership it is because I have the strength and character of a leader. You can't be in leadership if you know you don't listen or show obedience towards your instructors. Everything at this point in your life counts. Make your actions worth the moment. Be obedient towards everyone and you will become, be, and remain a happy person.
